You posted in the gallery rather than the forum meant for questions like this so no one has seen/replied to your post. Those really aren't cacti. They are Stapelia, a succulent related to milk weed. Though, care for them isn't much different than care for cacti. Those are stems rather than leaves. They look like they are just old and corking. Not really a concern, I think.
