My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It is 36”, we were a bit tight on space so this is the minimum amount for a working passageway in the kitchen. A little larger at 42” or more is recommended.

    36” is fine, as long as you don’t have 2 people standing in that spot working at the same time. Or if you try to open the dishwasher and the stove at the same time if they are facing each other, it’s too tight!
