Thanks Judy. Never thought to paint it all one color. Might have to keep that window box. Had it custom made of wrought iron and paid a small fortune for it. But like the house you included as a sample. I think I need more lighting off the garage. We are changing the garage doors. Maybe painting the windows that darker boxing & garage door color would look good?

I think so. The picture I posted...I find it so appealing, with the up/down garage lighting, the way the wall works with the house and the garage. If you click on La Canada Residence there are several more pictures of the house.

So would you paint EVERYTHING that is white the darker color that is on boxing and garage doors? Or go with another darker color? So NO white at all...including the post? We also have a huge oak tree in the front but you cannot see it in the this pic. Also, we have the option to put coloring in your new driveway...would you go with a grey color for the drive way? It would match the black star gravel that we have around the house and along a walkway that is to the right of the house ( not seen in this pic).

EVERYTHING white I would paint a slightly darker color than the body of the house.

I don’t know about hardscape driveways (I live on Cape Cod and we have to have stone for drainage), but if you can color it just like this picture...a light greyish, I think it would be beautiful. Can you have stone mixed in with the concrete?

New pix are not of the Canada house...striking coincidence with the choice of colors...I’m sold :>)

Personally, I really like the look of your house. I like the roof color, siding color, landscaping. Looks great to me.

thanks!!! I am not sure if we can incorporate stone with the concrete. But I do have a nice Cool Grey color choice for the concrete. I think it will look great.
