I thinking the girls are sisters. Have you considered a bunk bed arrangement like this?

im sorry, i should've specified that, yes they are sisters... the five yr doesnt play in the room, she simply sleeps.. older daugher however, never comes out... she has a full size bed and yonger has a twin. but i cannot fit both in one room. I cannot seem to find a loft bunk that would go over the older ones bed i thought that would be perfect, since i cant find one, now im at a loss...

i looked at the link you sent, great looking bed! im worried about the little one going up and down that ladder.. especially when shes tired, mybe something with a staircase without the desk.

If your younger child doe s not have a physical/cognitive disability I would probably not worry abut the ladder. There are other bunk bed sets that are comprised of a dbl bed n the bottom and single on the top, this might be a better configuration for them.

I just came across a summit staircase twin-over full bunk bed in the Costco online circular. This may be just what you are looking for. Go to Costco.com.
