Does your pot have a drainage hole and what temps has it been subjected to?

Yes the pot has a drainage hole, I live in Scotland so it’s pretty cold here and my house does get cold During the day when There’s no heating on, could it be temperature stress?

Can you take some close up pictures of the underside of those leaves?

I do see some insects on the underside of that leaf. Can you post a few more pictures of the underside of some other leaves that are looking bad?

There are a couple bugs, but not enough to do that kind of damage. It looks like cold damage to me. How cold does this room get? Does it get lower than 10°c (50°f) on a regular basis?

I ordered It online with next day delivery but it came without a heat pack, they didnt give me an option to get one so I assumed it came with one, and it was frosty. my room doesnt get below 10 degrees Celsius

I’ve checked they’re are definitely no bugs, I did take that damaged leaf off so now they’re is only one, I have read online that it could be powdery mildew but im not sure

Reminds me of spider mite damage. Philodendrons and elephant ears (Alocasia/Colocasia) seem very susceptible to spider mites in winter months.
