First off, I am a rank beginner to Adeniums. I had never seen one untill fall of 2018 and have naver yet bloomed one, however...

I currently have about 2 dozen seedlings from seed via Mr. Ko and also 2 older plants I purchased on eBay, one a seedling and one grafted( supposedly a double pink). herein is the question.

All the seedling I have raised and the one purchased have leaves that are longer than wide, of a medium green, have a rather matte texture, and are now mostly dropped from the plants, The grafted plant had leaves of much lower length/width, a glossy-shiny dark green, and are showing no signs of dropping.

Comments, and should I restrict water on all of these, including the odd-ball out one or treat them differently?
