Go for the hardwood! I prefer it to carpet. Maybe it depends where you live but where I’m from, hardwood is the go-to for master bedrooms. Ideal would be to carry it into the hallway...But if that’s not possible, based on the pic it looks like the hallway tile is far enough away from the bathroom tile to be an issue.

Hardwood should be fine. The hall tile is far enough away from the bath tile. I would use a lighter wood stain so the floors don't go from light tile to dark wood back to light tile. The other option is continuing your house/hall tile into the bedroom area if it's still available. You can soften it with cleanable area rugs. But then you have tile running up to a different tile, so it depends on what those both look like.
