There is an option on the article that says 1 Mirror/Front or 2 mirrors/Front & Back options. Also, this article includes a carbon steel sliding system and door handles, you only need to send a message after the purchase.

I want 1 mirror on the back side of the door. How do I specify this when ordering? Does the door hardware come separately so it can be mounted on left or right side so mirror can be mounted on front or back?

You can install the door with the opposite side, even though we can not manufacture a door with a single mirror on the backside. The door will look like the picture in the main article. Also, see attached how the door looks on the backside. On the backside, you will see the backside of the mirror in white.
