Is size accurate

The specifications say it is 11 inches wide. Is that correct? It would make for a very tiny chandelier. The images in the photos lead me to believe it is more like 22 inches wide, side to side. Can you clarify the width of this. I'd like to put it over my dining table but 11 inches wide would be silly over a dining table. Thank you
