My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The firebox has fixed mounting brackets that connect with the mounting brackets in the mantel to support the firebox. The install requires just 3 steps to complete.

    Is this a free standing fireplace? Do I need to drill any holes on the wall?

    It is freestanding and intended to be against a wall, as the back of the mantel is not finished. It could be secured to the wall, but brackets for doing so are not included.
