Fireplace Stone Colour

Hi everyone! :)
Having a corner fireplace installed in a few weeks. Trying to pic the stone finish. I've narrowed down to two stones (pictures below).
One comes across really grey, but is sleek and modern with the smooth texture finish. Not sure if this will clash with the tan walls.
The other is beige /tan/brown and would match the rest of the house a bit better I feel, but doesn't have that sleek modern feel I was going for.
I've attached a picture of the basement. The painters tape if the outline of the fireplace.
What do you guys think? :)

    If I had to pick one that goes with your walls it would be the brown one, but I don't like either. I think you can do better. Do you have a picture of the fireplace?
