replacing kitchen sink

Hello,

I am very much interested in replacing our double basin kitchen sink with a single basin. I am looking for the most cost-effective method so am coming here for advice. The granite cut out measures 27.75in x 15.5in (sink measures 28in across). I am having a hard time finding a replacement sink with these measurements and rounded corners online. We would ideally like to have the garbage disposal on the left. I see that some brands such as Elkay offer custom sinks. Is this a better option or is cutting the granite to fit a stock sink more cost-effective? Better yet, are there any stock sinks that fit my measurements?

Any advice is helpful. Thanks!
