I am in the process of trying to come up with ideas to rework my floor plan in the entry, dining and kitchen. I want to open up the walls between the dining and kitchen. Right now I cannot even for my dining table with leaf and my vintage china hutch in there. Anything is on the table including a bump out/addition where my waste of space breakfast nook is! Someone suggested I take space out of my garage but wouldn’t a small addition make more sense? All ideas are welcome! My brain is a jumble right now! Also my garage opens up to the end not the front. Found this plan in a building book and it’s my plan! How crazy is that??
