My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What is the material used for the flooring?

    Maybe Jeff can comment on why we have inverted trusses supporting our 2nd floor that he designed and supervised the construction of ? Maybe Jeff can comment on why he did not act as our construction administrator when he was paid to and why he seemed to have encouraged all the defects in our house ? Maybe Jeff will know where the his contractors stapled the other radiant tubes as we embark on another winter. Its like Jeff did nothing to advocate for his clients at our project but instead took our money and left us with a crippling disaster to clean up. Jeff didn't think we were going to sue him for either his negligence, incompetence or his willingness to be complicit with his contractor he recommended.
