Jack has that shadow gig down! And I did walk home from school in snow, once.

Hacksaw, rhizomatous and a relentless flowerer and seed setter, it’ll probably take over the entire garden within the century.

Happy Dayz, it’s in the ground now but thrived in this little pot for three years.

    Hollywood Lights

Honey Pie, I don’t know if this one is rhizomatous or if a vole just chewed through the middle of the crown when I planted it, but it’s looked like two hostas since it’s second year in the garden.

Hovercraft, thriving in a vole-protected spin out bag.

Sunnywood Harpoon & Hi Ho Silver stand out today as well as the Hollywood Lights from you and zkathy.

mae very nice Hippodrome & Hudson Bay.

Shadow well isn't that encouraging lol. Hopefully it leaps this year.

oursteelers I imagine in your much longer growing season than Shadow or I that your HW will put on better growth.

Sherry what a fantastic display of Halcyon. Glad you got that pic before the hail hit.

tiddisolo, your Heatwave is quite a looker and displayed Well next to your DD.

steelers, your High Society is perfect.

peren.all, I love Holy Mouse Ears! I am looking to collect the series. Also the leaves on your Humpback Whale....wow!

sunnywood, your collection always amazes me. I am loving Heatwave and High Society.

tsugajunkie, love your High Society too.

mae, I loooove the leaves on Hudson Bay

sherry, the beautiful row of Halcyon you created is such an eye catcher.

karin, you seem to have hostas one one else does....such a collection! While I could comment on all of them, I picked a favorite and that is Holar Purple Flash... a stunner

nicholsworth, I need to get Honeybells so I can add it to my fragrant ones.

    My Hs:

Planted in July after separating from a June.

    Second year plant

Nice close-up. This hosta seems hardy, no slug damage

This is maybe 6th year in this spot and it first flowered 2019

This Hanky Panky suffered much slug damage later in the summer.

Karin both of your Holar & Hans are quite striking.

nw you know it is funny I never looked to get Honeybells because in every Hosta book they showed the most dreadful pics. Your and others here have changed my mind. Lovely.

tj and Beth great looking High Society.

Beth such nice Halcyon & Harpoon pics.

djacobz Half and Half is a nice one. Yes, you absolutely need to collect the Mouse series lol!

I have quite a few Hs. I had better get started. Happy Camper - love the clean white edges and overlapping the green middle

Happy Dayz - this one continues to grow and look terrific.

Hawaiian Luau - this is from Fox Hosta Farm. Hopefully, mine will look like this some day soon

Hampshire Farms Going Green - hard to capture the soft green color, but it's a sport of English Sunrise that comes up yellow and turns pale green

Boy, am I falling behind. So, here it goes:

Hans. Heard this is a slow one. Similar to Andrew?

    Happy Dayz. Sept. 20th

High Society. Just a small one. Love everyone elses!

    The colors are so pretty.

    Hudson Bay

    Hush Puppie

There are a lot of great H’s! Means lots to keep my eyes open for this summer!

'Hans' doing well in a pot

'Hush Puppie' taking over the hairy lip fern this year.

'His Honor' would've been a monster if the second flush wasn't stunted by the weather. Leaves were 13"+ across for reference.

Newhostalady, I love that ruffled edge of the leaf! I agree about the color of High Society’s leaves. Your Hudson Bay looks like it will get huge based on the size of the largest leaf.

beverlymnz4, the leaves on Heart Song are so perfectly heart shaped, I am sure that’s how it got it’s name. Your little Hudson Bay is really soft and lovely. It is so interesting to see the mature plant in the post above compared to yours. It reminds me once again how different young hostas look from mature ones.

'Hadspen Blue' was my bluest hosta once again.

StevePA, I have news for you —- His Honor already IS a monster!! :-)

I'm trying a second time for these two. I hope I don't get duplicate posts.

Halleluja - a beautiful hosta but I don't have a good picture. It was transplanted this spring to this newest part of the garden:

I divided my Halcyon and put extra pieces into my mixed containers.

I like your gardening style, beverly! Halcyon and coleus-perfect!

Is it too late to add another? I didn't see this one posted. High Voltage (2nd year from a small eye)
