Ditch the heads. They have no place in the kitchen. Use the shelves for stacked plates , bowls. Bring in an accent of the yellow to include the fridge color somewhere else. Maybe a roman shade with some yellow in the fabric over the window. sleek and simple. A rug with it. A bright yellow bowl on the shelf. Last bring in a plant. Obviously it is a small space so less is more.

I like the heads. I like to see things that have a bit of personality. It looks like they are vases? Maybe use one to hold your utensils rather than the plain jar I see in the corner. Things can be quirky and functional. Definitely add more yellow to have the bright yellow fridge make sense in the room. Maybe replace the black pan on your stove with a yellow enamel lecreuset style pot? Or replace the electric kettle with one in a bright color?
