Greetings!

I put plenty of time (and $) into master bathroom and our son's bathroom during our year-long remodel, but I pretty much abandoned the other two bathrooms (one guest bath, one powder room). Part of is rebellion as I never wanted more than two bathrooms! :-D

I went cheap on these two orphans---partly to get us through building inspection so we could move in asap, partly because we are considering turning the powder room into a ¾ bath for a future rental studio. Anyway, I need to finish these things. Looking for input on modestly priced vanity lights that go with a clean, modern style. I've been shopping online for weeks, but nothing really captures me.

Guest Bath (8'x5') needs mirror, vanity light, budget backsplash (there's white 4x12" subway tile in bath/shower with some pretty Sonoma Tile in niche). Or is the recessed lighting enough and we could just cover the light outlet with a mirror?

Powder room (needs new vanity light to replace this ugly thing). The round walnut mirror is from IKEA. It feels a little bigger than this photo shows. I like the mirror but am up for alternative suggestions. This is the room that might be demo'd in another year or two to make way for a rental studio, so I'm not wanting to put much $$ into it.
