Pls try to calm down a bit, the plant is fine. I don't think it's root rot, but don't know if that happens in water grown plants nor what it would look like.

Good that you posted pix, but could you pls show a pic of the whole thing, plants, container & roots?

I don't know why the tips are browning, have never seen it before. I'd cut them off, wash out the container, change the water & put them back. The roots look otherwise OK & the foliage seems fine, so I don't see a problem here.

May I ask were you planning on potting up these cuttings or keeping them growing in the water? I ask as I have both situations in my home.

Here's some of mine, I keep this wine glass of Pothos growing in water in the bathroom & just trim the roots down maybe take off an inch from time to time.

I just add water from time to time. but not a lot, I keep it fairly shallow.

Seeing that white ring around the glass near the top might be something in your water. If you are using tap water, try using distilled water with an occasional WEAK feeding, Also, too much light will darken roots, and pothos doesn't need strong sun, so try moving it to a bright but not direct sun location.

Thx Bill but we're 2 different people. It's me Karen w/ the white ring around the glass, not the OP Suzette w/ the browning tips. The tips on mine aren't browning, but I will wash out the glass & maybe give a bit or aquarium water I sometimes use to fertilize my plants.
