I can’t tell from your post so I have to ask if you have the equipment needed to germinate orchid seeds.

I have heard that Bletilla and maybe a few others will germinate easily on their own. Most orchids however are difficult to germinate without lab equipment, even with equipment success rates are relatively low and it‘s a time consuming process.

If you already know all of that, I have seen people request seed pods in exchange for postage or the offer of plants if and when they grow.

I would suggest looking at a slipper orchid specific forum. I haven’t seen anyone here for a while that grows Cypripediums.

Yes, I know most orchids need to be germinated on a seed starting media in a sterile container and I germinated the Bletilla that way even though that may have been unnecessary. I started working on Cypripedium, too, following the guide at the Spanglecreeklabs.com webstite. My aunt kindly gave me some lady slipper seeds to try. Bletilla are quite easy and Cypripedium have a reputation for being difficult so I am hoping to try something a bit more intermediate.
