Kitchen design delemma - enough walkway here?

I have a 1937 cape cod with a tiny, awkward kitchen. It's sink, stove, and cabinets are

along one 11-foot wall and a fridge with a cabinet over it on the other wall. That's it. I've wanted to update the old cabinets forever and purchased some used cabinets that I love. The problem is that if I lay it out the way I want it, the walkway from the kitchen to the rest of the house is narrow. Please let me know what you think. Please note: nothing big can be brought into the house through the back door, so that is not a consideration. Also note, all doorway to the dining room/rest of the house is only 29" wide, so relatively narrow walkways are the norm.

The narrowest distance, from the cabinet to the fridge, is 30". My next fridge would be smaller than the one that came with the house. Thanks in advance for your thoughts and advice!

IMO 29” is too narrow for any walkway anywhere. You need 48” in front of a fridge the scale you have used is making me crazy it distorts the space . Do a drawing where one square = a foot it then shows the space much better.Drawer base cabinets need to be much wider to serve any purpose . Used cabinets are a great money saver but only if the work in your space.

Thank you for commenting. The 29" measurement is the current doorway from the kitchen to the rest of the house, so it's unchangeable, unfortunately. The scale is 1" = 1', that is, 4 squares = 1 foot. (The 107-1/2" measurement is from wall to wall and just my note, I should have erased it before posting a pic).

Jane, it looks fine to me. In a smaller home, you sometimes have tight spaces. A previous owner made a hallway entrance to our living room in our last house only 28 or 29 inches, so I know what that is like. I made sure that the back door could allow in any of the appliances for the kitchen or basement, since there was no way to get anything through that 29" archway to an immediate 90 degree turn into an even smaller archway into the kitchen. Our neighbor just took out the wall between the kitchen and living room, but I was not so creative and my builder did not know me well enough yet to make such suggestions. Boy, I wished he had!
