Not sure if this is a tv area or just a sitting area or how many people need to sit in it? but if you have to keep both sofa, go with the love seat under the window and only use one gray chair if you really need another chair in there. With everything in there its so full everyone would bump into something just trying to get to a chair and if more than 2 people are in there they will have to trip over someone to get out.

I advise you to sell the loveseat and use the two larger tufted back chairs. Place the big sofa on the wall. Pull your coffee table 12-18" from the sofa so it can be useful. Then angle the chairs facing the sofa with their backs to the entrance of the room. If you need more seating, get a coffee table that provides it.

Unfortunately your room cannot comfortably fit all of that furniture. Remove the loveseat. I would recommend putting both gray chairs in front of the window. Alternatively you might be able to have one chair by the window (where the ottoman is in your first picture) and one chair by the corner wall near the dining room. I'd have to see what that alternative layout actually looked like to see if it was awkward, but it might work.

What is the area covered with cardboard by the footstool? Are you adding a fireplace?

I would sell the sofa and keep the loveseat. A person sitting in the middle of the sofa is sitting on two cushions which is I don't find comfortable. There would then be room to have physical flow into the dining room. The upholstered chairs would then have room to be placed facing each other at each end of the loveseat.
