May not be the easiest to find these days but H. paniculata 'Grandiflora', aka Pee Gee hydrangea, can get as tall as 20-25 feet (although around 15' is a bit more common).

How tall is it in those pictures?

Thank you! Is this mature? How long have you had it?

Also, which one is pictured next to it? It seems equally tall.

Wow. I didn’t realize that.

My QF grew quick quickly, over perhaps 3 years from a rooted cutting to 5 or 6 feet. In the last several years it has grown to about 8 or 9 feet.

May I ask why it needs to be 10-12’ rather than 8’?

I would like more privacy. I realize I can get something different but based on some replies above, it seems that it's not always what is stated on the plant tag :)

hyed I never heard of limelights getting that tall. What do you do to them? Fertilize? If so, what do you use and how often?

Limelight is very vigorous so 10 and 10+ feet heights are not rare (per the people who have commented in here).

Plant tags on shrubs tend to give 5 year dimensions IME. And also IME, many shrubs will continue to grow, though at an increasingly slower pace, after that.
