In the last picture where you've moved closer, the house looks farther away. Is it possible to get normal looking focal length photos (like in the first picture) but where the photographer is at the curb? To do that, pan from far left to far right while staying at the same location, taking slightly overlapping photos.

Separately, take photos of the shady areas (entrance and below trees) so we can see what's there. To capture those, exclude the sunny portions from the camera view.

The juniper (the large bush at curb) actually looks pretty good, you could remove it, but it seems to create some privacy. As far as the rocks, the problem with decorative rocks... is that they probably cost twice as much to get rid of as they do to have installed. I mean raking at best 85% of those up (you'll have to excavate deep into topsoil to get 99%), and then having them hauled off to a landfill, they weigh about 1,500lbs per half yard.. and you probably have about 3.5 or 4 yards to get rid of. So it'll cost about $300 just in dump fees alone to get rid of it.. Id say work with what you got, you've got gravel, so add some xeriscaping plants? Yucca. and sedum, yarrow and potentilla. lavenders, sage... throw some ornamental grasses in there.
