Is it a dog walking route?

transplant shock greater on one plant..than the other ...

or one potted plant was in worse shape in the pot.. and it didnt show until planted out ...

do you recall any severe root problems when you were planting them?

i dont know how it all works in FL.... but were these very late season bargain plants .. that may have been sitting around a nursery for too long??? ... or is that not really a FL thing???

all that said .... let it bud out in spring.. and just remove all the dead stuff back to live .... if it is just a little stress... it ought to recover .... what is there.. look ok based on these pix ....

i might also look on the back of the brown leaves and look for sucking insects.. like mites or what not ....
