Whole lower level paint refresh

The photos attached are from Zillow but not much has changed. This is my first home so I don’t have a whole lot of decorations.

I live in the Midwest now originally from Florida and for half of the year this house just feels so cold with the gray and blue. I want to refresh all the paint on the bottom floor and work my way up, the upstairs is all builder grade yellow. Currently the gray in the first photo is used in the living room, dining room, and all hallways leading to the other half of the house. The blue color in the second photo is in the family room and kitchen.

I’ve been looking into beiges something more warm and bright than gray but it seems that warm colors aren’t “in” anymore and I don’t want to have a difficult time selling in 5 years because the paint color.

In the FAMILY room currently the couch is a cream color with an accent chair, two end tables and the tv stand. I’ve attached photos of the exact pieces. There is one window that faces the north.

The DINING room has dark wood table and china cabinet that I will eventually replace. Only two windows that face the south.

LIVING room has two chairs covered with cream colored blankets because of its hideous floral fabric (passed down from great grandma). Lots of natural light. Front windows face the south, three additional windows face west.

KITCHEN all white cabinets with a clear glass looking backsplash throughout. Small window in a corner behind the sink facing north east.

I can’t quite think of anything else to add. I’m not against painting a whole house one color or different variations of one. I’d say my style is a mix of traditional and contemporary.
