I see two mirrors. Where would the third go?

Why dont you just frame those mirrors? The way the lighting is set up is only for one bar on each so having separate mirrors might not look that great with one bar in the center.. in fact I am wondering what stage you are at as either way it looks kinda silly.

I would want a light over the sink then over the vanity. if nothing else 2 that are centered rather than one

The picture is not of my bathroom – just an example of split vanities with large unframed mirrors. I was considering keeping the mirrors as is and adding frames after we move in. Just wondering if there are other ideas out there.
@ RL relocation-We are in the very very early stages of building. Concrete hasn’t been been poured yet! And - yes....I will want lighting over both sit down vanity and sink!

@Framemymirror-My section is sink plus drawers plus sit down vanity. My husband’s area is sink and drawers only.

i think you need to just google sink with built-in vanity master bath or something and see what strikes you , you are not limited to anything.

Is your new bathroom going to be large enough to do a vanity with mirror (not built-in, not regular cabinetry), as in a piece of furniture? I bought one for our last house that came with a vanity mirror.. It's in the MBR of our current home. I had mirrors framed at local framers for over each sink.

You could frame the mirrors if you want..the lights for your vanity seem uneven, though they are centered on the mirror I think that's because the lowered counter. I have the lowered counter as well and I find it useless..whenever I do apply make-up, I never sit down.

I think you could go either way. I found some pictures online that have 3 matching mirrors; however, they don't have separate vanities. Still, you can get an idea of what it'll look like.

The only thing I'd worry about is because your vanities are separate, it wouldn't be as proportional as the pictures above. You would have 2 framed mirrors on one vanity, and 1 framed mirror on the other.

If the vanities are not the same I would consider same mirror family, perhaps different shapes.
