I'm currently working on a large remodel. My contractor said to come up with some ideas. I have a special needs child that has to be close to me. I'm adding 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms! This is the original layout and my favorite 2 layouts so far. What else should I be looking at or is there a better layout? The addition is going to be 24x32. I might be able to do 24x36 but Im on a strict budget.
