First, I love this kitchen, especially your Kashmir White granite with the white cabinets and textural glass tiles! It's so beautiful, rich and inviting? I was pleased to see an Undermount FireClay sink, as I was not as keen on a farm house sink for my kitchen.

I've been impressed with the things I'm reading about Fireclay sinks? Anyone have personal experience they can share? Does it resist scratching more than regular cast iron ceramic sink? is one Fireclay sink as good as the next? Is it easier to install a disposal on a center drain sink vs an offset drain sink? Are acid and alkalin foods really no problem? Would you recommend using a liner in the bottom of the Fireclay sink? I'd appreciate hearing from anyone.
