It is a type of hardy sedum, Hylotelephium spectabile, like Autumn Joy. But there are scads of different cultivars on the market with various foliage and flower colors. They are all tough, adaptable and durable plants and make great garden accents. Most tend to bloom late summer and well into fall. And they can be easily divided.

ETA: just noticed this was posted in Gardening for Shade. Hardy sedums are best in as much sun as available and upright ones - like in the photo - will have less of a tendency to flop or splay if grown in as much sun as possible.

Thank you so much! Doesn’t seem to get much sun but maybe in summer it could get afternoon for 4/5 hours. It seemed to bloom well and attracted tons of bumble bees.

These are tough and drought tolerant. They will be small rounded plants, then the flower heads will start to grow and look like broccoli heads (all green) which turn light and then pink in the fall. As the summer flowers come to an end and autumn is coming on these have a beautiful pink bloom. Yes, pollinators love them. Butterflies, bees, all those.

If the plants can no longer stand up, then you should divide. Best divided in the spring. A low maintenance plant. Beautiful in borders or as a specimen plant. (I'm a big fan of it, can you tell?)

Yes, you can actually pull up a clump,roots and all and replant it somewhere else in your garden. When the flowers come, the bees adore it! 🐝
