Please Provide a statement of work with time estimates.

I do container design as well as landscape design and charge my normal hourly design fee for both (that includes travel time). I am sometimes called upon to plant the containers and charge the same hourly rate for that as well, plus whatever costs for supplies and/or plants. I don't do any maintenance (other than an infrequent replanting). If I did, I would most likely charge that at a lower rate....perhaps 2/3 my design fees.

So essentially, time and materials :-)

Do you also include time to travel to purchase supplies? I need to find a bulk supplier for soils, plants, etc. So I need to set an hourly rate. I really appreciate your input, thank you!

Yep!! Any time I spend specifically on client business gets charged to them.
