I don’t see any stains on the floor. Just the shower floor. The floor looks looks like a subtle color variation of a faux marble looking tile. Try some Barkeepers Friend on both.

Those are the stains. The tile is—was plain white. No idea what it is.

I second Barkeepers Friend. You could also give oxalic acid a shot. Be sure to follow the instructions.

My first thought is that it might be hair dye or some other dye like really wet bath towel bleeding dye on the floor. Try rubbing alcohol and/or a hydrogen peroxide and baking soda paste.
