There are a lot of really great pros on here who will give you free advice, but you need to provide more information such as:

new build?

remodel?

what do you want to put in the bathroom?

I do not like having to go through the bathroom to get to the closet. I would put a real door on the closet and have a strong exhaust fan in the bathroom to remove moisture from the bathroom (out through the exterior wall) so it doesn’t get into the closet and ruin your clothes.

Not sure how to edit original post, but this is a new build. We’re wanting a large shower, soaking tub, toilet & double sink vanity (but will compromise for a single if better for layout).

You have that above, Lose the linen cabinet if you want a FREE standing tub. That shower is going to be at leat 4.5fet x 4.5 feet. Want another foot? Shrink the vanity a bit.

You have 156 inches minus an end wall ar the vanity. In 152inches, you can have a 66" be shower length x 54 "width........and the rest 90 inch vanity for two people.

A shower larger than that becomes over kill. You can wash an elephant in that.

You really need nine feet for a 72 inch FREE standing soaking tub. Three feet , 4 inches for some toilet privacy. , 28 for door swing. So eliminate linen if you want that.

: ) there ya go The minimum you want for two person vanity is72 inches. .........84 is better.: ) A 48 x 48 shower is VERY adequate. So you could sneak a linen tower or open shelving at the shower end of vanity.

Basically 78 vanity, 18 linen tower and 60" ish inch length shower. Meaning a vanity like this ( tower at shower end of vanity )

Lots of options depending style and budget and the look and feel you want. Much depends how often you will us a tub, and while free standing is sculptural and lovely, they need space. For cleaning around. You don't get a set down spot. But an UNDER MOUNTED built in tub should never be ruled out. They CAN be beautiful. And comfortable too. It needn't be the beast in a bath ..........trends come, and trends ......go
