Hi, good work with yours! Hopefully these ripen properly this year. Outside the temps have been really jumping around gone from lows of 15 F to 28F. Now slowly warming up. The branches are like that from Sept. It was a monster 8+ feet tall and thought it would snap clean . I will go back and clean it up with clippers.

You're off to a great start. I'm thinking of bringing 1 or 2 of the smaller figs indoors to get ahead of the game. One day I'll have a greenhouse like you :D

What are you growing and what's already awake?

Matt, figs on picture are just my experiment, the two figs might not survive but its fun to see small fig tree budding leafing out and fruiting.

I was planning to graft on it once is in full growth and now I have no heart to cut the top off and graft on it 🙄

If you are planning to bring plant's inside get ready for gnats they are pain in the B..

I have about 20 fig variety, about 12 of them are 6 to 10 years old and younge, some I know I will keep some are new to me.

I overwinter fig tree in unheated garage and nothing is waking up yet, but I am traing to wake up a few by bringing them out when sunny and buck to garage for the night.

I noticed you cut the broken branches it looks much better, you might want to cut it right under the ripped brack👍
