Curtains

What do you think of these curtains? I love them but I think I need to either change the pillows or get darker curtains. What do you think would look better- the ones that are up or the brown that's attached? Also we plan on having 4 panels on the large window

nice arrangement - the curtains are neutral which is fine, but the wall color should be deepened which would allow the curtains to be more of an accent. Get a rug with some great coordinating colors - then pop the bright color on the sofa & loveseat with pillows. Make sure the rug is not postage stamp size, but at least an 8X10. You'll love it. Area rug with that color plus cream. Stack pic on wall behind sofa hang a little lower.

I like the current curtains and the pillows look nice too its a very soft look- unless my screen is off.

Changed my mind those pic are two small. Replace with 36" one.

I think if you put a rug on the floor, that will change the look of this room a ton. Right now the curtains may look like they are awfully light, but they are competing with the dark floor. When the floor gets softened, I think the curtains and the pillows will be PERFECT!!!

One tiny suggestion.......choose either the love seat or the sofa for the end table and lamp and have some empty floor there. This looks like you are trying to make a bridge from one to the other.

I love the idea of stacking those pics, which I love! Once you decide where the lamp goes, that will help decide where to stack them.

Yes to the rug idea. I think you need a third color for the pillows in a graphic pattern. The rug should have all three colors. It's a pretty room.

You have a lovely base to start with. Def need the rug. Get that and see what colors are in it and go from there re accessories. I like the ones that are up - not the brown ones.

A leather (or pleather) ottoman would work well on a rug. You could also try a colorfully patterned ottoman and not use a rug.
