Hi--everything is so beautiful! I'm in N. Texas too and wonder--do you buy your tulips pre-chilled or do you chill them yourself?

I prechill them from October/November; I tried purchasing pre-chilled bulbs, but they did not do as well probably because they lose some of the effect during transport. Thank you

Those tulips are beautiful! They did so well for you and the colors are perfect with the rest of your plantings.

One of my earliest daffodils is 'Tweety Bird', and the corydalis solida have spread throughout the front beds.

It is quickly becoming daffodil season here - lots of daffs! I am pretty sure this one is called Golden Harvest.

Beersheba - one of my faves!

Posie- I was starting to wonder what happened. It's not like you to ghost a post, and I know you have more blooms to share! They look great, are the tulips saved from last year or are they new bulbs?

Jeb I will be looking for WP Milner. I like the way they nod with that elegant form. Beersheba is a favorite as well and I hope mine clump up as nicely!

Here's 'Red Devon' which is very "red" this spring because of the cooler weather. Most other years a warm day or two fades it to look like a regular yellow daffodil.

I got a nice surprise this year- tulips I planted in 2018! They didn't come up last spring so I assumed they had been eaten, but they popped up this spring and are gorgeous even though they're in all the wrong places, lol. The river of hyacinth was also planted based on a different overall landscaping design.
