My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Coretec Pro Plus Flooring for Basement?

I got a great deal on Coretec Pro Plus XL flooring online after my wife saw it at a local flooring store and loved it. Planning on using it in our basement over concrete. Our contractor has doubts about the floor because it is so thin and he thinks it will not feel cushioned or warm. Any thoughts on the feel/warmth of Coretec pro line? Can I address these issues by adding another layer of underlayment?
