Knitting new projects

I posted this to knitting and crocheting yesterday but it did not show up.

I decided to challenge myself to new methods of sock construction and more complicated patterns. I just cast on Cat Bordi's Pussy Willow socks with the moccasin toe. I have made the toe before and loved it. It is fun to make and very comfortable to wear with the stitches being horizontal. This sock will be in appropriately in grey.

I've had the book for a while and am going to try and make each sock in it.

Sorry for the duplication on the knitting forum. I posted this and it did not show up so I tried again. Bloop...now there is two.

Good for you! I don't know what it is, but I set these intentions every morning and then, except for exercising, I seem to spend an inordinate amount of time on the couch...maybe covid-depression. More power to you for setting goals and accomplishing new things!

Thank you. I am enjoying it and and wonder why I didn't do this sooner. The sock is not grey. It is a pastel variegated merino/silk blend by Cascade yarns. Just lovely to the touch.
