Soil Savvy results

Was wondering how many people have used the Soil Savvy testing system over the past few months and have not received their results? I see on Amazon that dozens of folks have sent in soil samples and have not received their results nor have they been refunded money. It appears the company ( Unibest International ) has stopped responding to customers experiencing this problem. I went to the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint and was surprised to find that this company is rated a C- due in part to this issue. The amazing thing to me is that Amazon and hundreds of other retailers continue to sell the kits despite the obvious problems. I myself have lost nearly $100.
