Encyclia cordigera questions

So, finally after 4 years of winter cool and dry-ish conditions my Encyclia cordigera is getting its first flower spike (about 2 inches now). Do I move it to warmer climes and start watering more and fertilizing or let be for a little longer?

I never withhold water or fertilizer. Yes, give it warmth, water and feed. Show a picture.

Thank you. I thought this was one of those cool and dry-ish winter types to promote flowering.
