How get in the "Landscape Design" Forum?

The photo is an inadequate illustration of the area....doesn't show the whole space, no context provided and I can't tell for sure if it is inside or out. Based on the railing/bannister, I assume it is inside.......in which case it begs the question as to why crosspost to Landscape Design?? Nothing landscapey about what I can see!
