My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

This site has gone to H... ouzz.

Over the last few years it seems like many (most?) of the seed-sharing community have drifted away from this site.

Where did everyone go? What are the better sites for seed sharing now?

    There are some large swaps on the National Gardening Association site during the fall and winter, in which 25 to 50 gardeners participate at once.
