Help! Cooktop scratched

There is scratch in my cooktop burner it looks deep. Does anyone have any suggestions that you've tried to remove or fix them? I'm upset especially because it's on the burner and only 3 weeks old . I've read it can mess up the function of the burner. I've tried cooktop cleaner but it's still there
