Help with white quartz

Hi!Which is your favourite? I will share a picture of the space which will have a kitchen sink area and an island. The sink area is going to have pure white shaker cabinets and the island is going to be the blue shade. It is a cottage.
BOTTOM- the least busy, no mirror (sparkles)
MIDDLE- more flecks larger mirror (sparkles) specks (will this be too busy or out of date with mirror flecks?)
TOP- a bit beige, small sparkles
