Our kitchen and family room is one big room. The ceiling fan is on the family room side but is not centered in that space. We want more lighting in there and want to keep a fan. I’m

guessing my only option is recessed lighting. I’m just not sure where to place it. In all the other rooms it was clear but not here. I’m guessing where I put the yellow x’s is where I should put them but will it look bad?
