grout left tile discolored and can't get it off

Hello! we have tiled our master bathroom floor (we have tiled many projects before without issues) but this time the grout left a hazy tone to the tiles. we scrubbed and scrubbed and could not get it off. the grout container said once it dried it should wipe off with a dry rag. It didn't. we tried a grout haze remover product. It didn't remove it. we tried a vinegar scrub. Didn't fix it. Any suggestions? First 3 photos are of the discoloration, last 1 is a tile that is not stained. last image is of the remover we tried.
