I was all excited about growing tomatoes in the Earthbox I inherited from a friend who moved to Calif. and then read that it might be too hot to grow tomatoes in Florida in summer.

Are there any varieties that might survive the heat? The tomatoes would not get full afternoon sun which might help them.
