No thanks. The concrete heat and reflection, plus all of that white, would require indoor wearing of sunglasses and 24/7 a/c at high crank.

It probably has excellent cross ventilation, and having lived in the Bay Area, In the Oakland Hills and other areas near the coast, I can say that many homes don't even have AC.

You are correct sushipup, it does not have a/c. But with the high last year listed at 93 degrees F with 91% humidity, that would doubly be no deal. Don't care if it is infrequent--been there, done that, don't want to again. And that glare...

I can take the heat for a couple of days a year. I come from hardy pioneer stock.
