Hoping one of the experts can identify what’s wrong with my Buccaneer palm and a treatment, if necessary. It appears to be have a cut/split and possible infection of some sort.

It’s a beautiful palm and we’d hate to lose it. Pics are below, my apologies that they are sideways. Not sure what’s causing that.
