Super garden save, Steve. I was worried about the late frosts. Your garden looks like it will be amazing this year. My favorite area is the Angel Falls, Bridal Falls, and...Niagara Falls with maybe a Jade Cascade in the far background? Beautiful garden, all around.

I'm rather fond of the three in front of the last picture. Frisian Pride (frosted), Valley's Ruffle Shuffle and Gila River. And they will look even better if they survive the frost.

Steve, I insist that you post pictures of your garden areas again in 1 month with a list of all the plant names in each picture. I am literally peering through your photos and finding treasures everywhere. For example, in your favorite area with the Frisian Pride trio, what is that gorgeous blue behemoth in the back, near the brick wall?! I recognize a Cutting Edge and a Montana AM on the left side of that photo. I am taking notes!

It's Jet Stream actually in front of that tree and the wall is a wooden terrace a little further back. On the left edge is Petticoat Junction (another Doug Beilstein hosta - a favorite) and Lakeside Keepsake. Cutting Edge is behind the black fence between the two trees. Montana AM was down the hill to the left but I moved it to a safer place (from deer and frost).

steve..I'm in the same boat..low 30's coming soon..🙄..I should've taken more pics before now as you did..for sure taking pics tomorrow..

The color on Forbidden Fruit is amazing!!

Tonight(33°), Saturday and Monday are both showing 32° but Friday is the coldest. I'm on the fence about protecting or just relaxing - but I don't think I can relax with this freezing temperature.

Ugh. You know I like all four seasons and everything but I hate when they encroach into one another! Go away winter! You’re supposed to be done for now!
