Thank you for sharing that information. My husband and I live in Pasadena and we have plans in with the city that include a 100 sq. ft. master bedroom addition (we couldn't go larger because we have an oak tree that drapes over the house and Pasadena is very strict about their oak trees!) We haven't interviewed any contractors yet and I was just trying to get an idea of total cost in relationship to existing structure + added sq. footage. Thank you again!
